Although widely self advertised as "caring about their patients" my experience at this office has been everything but that! In my opinion this office lacks professionalism, actual patient -concern- after the services have been far below the promised, and advertised. I was sold a set of ill fitting dentures in Feb of 18, now being Aug 18, i still have a set of dentures i cannot wear at all, despite multiple "adjustments". I have requested to return the sub-par chopps and was horrifically denied

Dr. Neale and his staff are wonderful, caring people. They go out of their way to make sure that you understand what is going on. Dr. Neale does EXCELLENT work and makes sure that you are pain free while he does it. I have taken both of my children here and I won't trust anyone else to touch their teeth. If you do have any followup questions they will answer them any time. I can't express how awesome Dr. Neale and his team are, and how grateful I am that they are in Blackwell.

Mr. Neale at Blackwell Denistry had very poor bedside manner with my young daughter. He lost his patience with her quickly and did not try to comfort her during her exam/fillings. When addressing this issue and an insurance claim I believe to false, he was ver unprofessional and condescending. I would recommend using another dentist, especially if you have small children.

I went to Dr. Aaron Neale at Blackwell Dentistry yesterday. I told him how ashamed I was to go out in public because my teeth are so bad. That I hardly ever smile.
I have hope now. We're working on a plan where I can get a little done each time, where I can afford to pay cash each time I go, so that eventually I will have teeth that I'm not ashamed of.
His prices are about half of what Ponca City dentists are and he and his office staff are so nice.
If you need dental work done he's your guy.

Dr Neale is a great dentist. He is friendly and very compassionate when getting treated. I had a my first root canal and was very apprehensive. He and the staff made the experience not scary.
They are all very helpful and friendly there. I would highly recommend to anyone.
