Dr. Rapps and the team were fantastic! Dr. Rapps was very patient and explained everything clearly. The office is clean and modern, the staff are friendly and helped me book my appointment at a time that worked for me. I was very happy with my visit and would highly recommend you give them a try.

My experience with Dr Aaron Rapps ended in disaster. At first I was recommended to the practice by a co worker, i then booked an appointment with Dr Rapps on the phone. On the day of the first appointment I was called and notified that Dr Rapps couldn’t make it and therefore Dr Ben Kreshenbaum would replace him for this specific appointment. This appointment was for a cleaning and a check up and it went very smoothly, the staff was very warm and welcoming, i then scheduled a follow up appointment for a small filling, this is when I met Dr Rapps. Dr Rapps came in to the room and immediately started arguing and criticizing his assistant which made me feel rather uncomfortable, he then gave me a check up and said that we couldn’t do anything that day and I would have to schedule another appointment so he wouldn't rush a longer job then expected. Throughout this short appointment every time I asked a question about my needed filling Dr Rapps seemed very agitated and inpatient, I felt as

I would highly recommend Dr. Rapps. I've been a patient for over 15 years, he is always professional and courteous. I needed some work done and when it was time for the injection, i didn't feel a thing. The staff is like family, especially, the girls at the front desk. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment.

DR. RAPPS PLACED 6 CROWNS IN MY MOUTH. 1 OUT OF THE 6 WAS CRACKED BY HIM WHEN HE WAS WORKING ON THE CROWN. HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM WHEN IT COMES OUT SINCE IT WAS IN WITH TEMPORARY ADHEISIVE. IT HAS STILL NOT COME OUT AND I PAID HIM FOR EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR $100.00 SINCE HIS WORK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. I SENT HIM A LETTER EXPLAINING WHEN HE FINISHES HIS WORK I WILL PAY HIM, HE IN TURN SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR $100 AND FOR WORK HE HAS NOT COMPLETED AND HE IS THE ONE WHO DAMAGED THE CROWN.
