I have always liked Dr. Arora. She"s very sweet and understanding. So, I was alittle surprised at the turn of events. I suffer from bruxism. Have tried upper mouth guards for ages. They would not let me breathe, I started gagging in the middle of the night. Explained all this to her and her response was that you would aspirate a lower mouth guard. I couldn't understand her reluctance, how does someone swallow a full mouth guard. Anyway after speaking to an oral surgeon who my family knows, he stated she is probably uncomfortable with lower mouthguards, had not done them before. The oral surgeon wrote me a prescription for it. She was nasty to me during the impression for it. Left me in the room for 9 min, I kept drooling. Finally came took it out. She was really cold. Come the day of picking it up, she said you got a hard mouth guard and lower one, in all this time I have never made this. Should we change it, I said no. I been using it for 6 months so far no problems.

I have been with Dr. Arora for a couple of years now. She's always nice and professional. I have had cleanings and a cap done by her. She good whenever I go to her. Just one issue didn't sit right with me. I suffer from TMJ. I asked her if she could fix a couple of small chips (bonding), but she said I wasn't a candidate. I didn"t think much then. Later a good friend showed me that her dentist fixed her chips, similar to mine. So, I scheduled to meet with her dentist. He smiled when he examined me. Said don't worry, I will take care of it and he did. I am so happy. I wish Dr. Arora had just said this was out of her scope. Anyway, I was so happy with the orher dentist that I asked Arora"s office to release my records to them. She's not bad, but she needs to own up to not having experience with something.

Horrible, I have had a lot of upsetting instances with her. She's inexperienced and half the time not aware of what's happening. I was scheduled for a cleaning. They called and said Arora wants you to come early. So I did, they take me 45 minutes later than the scheduled appt. When mentioned to her, she casually said we messed up. What about apologizing? A little bit of manners goes a long way. Also since I have switched to another dentist I realized a cleaning takes 45-60 minutes. Not the 12 minute cleaning by arti arora. Also doesn't know what she is doing. Gave her an xray from my oral surgeon about an infected root canal capped tooth which according to him had to be extracted. Her opinion which she insisted on was an apicetomy (to save tooth) Well 2 opinions and alot of money later I realized my oral surgeon was right from the start. Please don't use this dr. Its the equivalent of going to walmart for getting prescription glasses. I amhappy I have a normal dentist nowl

I had an awesome experience .I love her honesty and she is very gentle .My whole family sees her for years and will continue to do so .Sometimes ,we have issues with continuous transition of staff at the place she works but as long as she is there ,we will keep going.I read another patient’s review regarding calling back .I used to have the same issue until I realized that she is an employee there and staff does not give her the messages all the time .I highly recommend her .

Unprofessional/incompetent
I was her pt for a long time. Ignored alot of issues such as delays in appts, no cbs to msgs. However there is no end to her unprofessionalism. She failed to inform that I needed an imp. in her note, delayed imp by 3 mo.s. The OS called her to inform her about the sys going in, no cb. After that didn't tell me that she has no exp. With imp. caps. Calls the rep from the co. for moral supp, cap looked nothing like a tooth. She and the rep. tried hard to con. me. It went back and I got another appt. Only to show up there with my hubby who is also a dr. and be told the rep is 2 hrs away, we should leave. She didn't have the ctsy to come out/cb with she said she would. The dr. who did my cap was shocked that a rep has to show up for a cap. He also couldn't understand why she couldn't come out to the waiting room to resolve this problem. UPROFESSIONAL. She is not even good enuf for the McDonald's type dental office like Dr. Dental.
