Excellent Service!

He’s very nice and listens to the patient’s concerns and addresses them. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr Hanoun is a very competent orthodontist who is interested in an excellent outcome for his patients.

He refused my ortho services because I only want work done on my top teeth that has shifted. He wants me to remove my bottom permanent retainer so he can give me a removable retainer, which I don’t want to do because there is nothing wrong with my bottom teeth. His whole theory behind it is “well you don’t know if it can shift tomorrow or next month.” I told him but there’s no point of trying to fix what’s not broken. So he kept saying “well you can go somewhere else” “I can’t help you then” “go get another opinion”. Well obviously I got a retainer on my bottom teeth so another ortho had no issue with it, right. Unethical. I’ll go elsewhere, I paid $6100 out of pockets for braces before and have no problem doing it again elsewhere.

Our experience at Great Expressions has been amazing. We are greeted with the most friendly reception from everyone who works there. When we show up for our appointment, we’ve never had to wait. After temperatures are checked and forms are signed, Mckenzie goes straight back to the chair. They are wonderful with the kids and are great with easing their anxieties about whatever procedure they are about to perform. They are great about explaining and showing me what corrections need to be made and what they are doing to reach the goal. With every visit we see positive improvements in McKenzies teeth so whatever they are doing is working.

She comes across as a nice person and there appear to be a team scheme that the are running. Between the dentist and the hygienist. I would get a second opinion on any diagnosis they provide at Great Expressions. I was told I needed treatment for gum disease. I decided to get a second opinion and found out I don’t have gum disease, which in return saved me over $1000 that they had quoted me. This company is making money off of false diagnosis, add on products (Fluoridex products). You go to a dentist office expecting integrity from the dentist and their staff.
