To be fair, the Dr. Adesanya Abiodun and the back office are professional and friendly. Any time there was a billing issue, usually billing the incorrect insurance company; Cheryl, the receptionist / billing clerk has always been abrasive and argumentative. I understand errors happen, we are all human but how you handle it with your patient is what makes the difference and Cheryl has horrible customer service skills. They lost me and my immediate family as patients
