When you go there everything is first class,however High Pressure tactics .I felt like I was buying a used car .You never get to discuss Money with dr. ,the staff makes sure you PAY upfront ! I was overcharged that's for sure $2,090 to extract two teeth . Last time I saw him was about two years ago for one tooth to be extracted ,the charge was $400 which I thought was reasonable .I can't justify paying over $2,000 to have two pulled ! Excessive to say the least . Girl called me on the phone trying to justify the charges ,she did not succeed ! Overcharged !!!! If you want the experience of buying a car then visit them ! I told her I would never go back to him. Dr. was very good felt no pain EXCEPT IN MY WALLET!!!!

Very rude doctor and staff. Made changes to my procedure without consulting me, then blamed me. Staff was dishonest about what my insurance would cover even though they had access to my insurance information in advance.

Dr. Abtine accessed my situation , a deep clap 2 occlusion and made me absolutely certain that it could be corrected in 3 months .He was working in conjunction with the staff at Goldsteins Garber and Salama . I had made iteminently clear that I could not afford any errors or that much time down due to taking care of my husband who was suffering from s long term illness I was assured and it is documented that with the new technology nothing could go wrong . I regret to say, but I was absolutely taken advantage of and given false promises . I was told by Dr. Abtine that the plates fail rate was 1 in a million and in my case this was not going to happen . I was uninformed during the surgery that he fractured maxilla during the surgery and knocked surgical lug into the surgical area that ultimately found its way under the orbital socket ,along with cutting my trigeminal nerve It’s taken me 5 1/2 years to recover 5 surgeries to almost correct the damage to my face .

Dr Abtin was caring and extremely thorough in all aspects of my care from start to end. I had barely any pain and a short recovery for my wisdom teeth removal—all my friends suffered through their wisdom teeth removals (we all did it around the same time) and when I told them how my experience was, they couldn’t believe it. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Abtin and his staff! Thank you all!!

Worst experience for a consultation. Do not recommend. Dr Abtin did not provide a complete evaluation and risk assessment for wisdom tooth removal. He was rude. Did not do a 3 D scan to assess risk. Did not clarify with dentist the reason for the consultation. Did not provide any alternatives. Getting a second opinion elsewhere.

The absolute worst experience ever! I went in for a routine extraction of my wisdom teeth and I came out with Osteomyelitis, need for invasive oral surgery and a cracked bone in my jaw. The care received from Dr. Abtin Shahriari was terrible to say the least. There was no compassion, no appropriate follow ups, he was just rude. Saw Dr. Abtin at Greater Atlanta Oral Facial Surgery and could not have had a better experience. When I arrived for my appointment I was a little nervous at first, but their team put me at ease. The nurses always made sure I was comfortable, and they were extremely nice to my family! They were able to answer all my of questions about my procedure. The office was so nice and bright, and everywhere on the walls I could see Dr. Abtin's certificates of achievements.

Very impressed with dr.shahriari and his entire staff. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions about my implant surgery. I am so glad I choose him as my oral surgeon.

Dr. Shahriari is wonderful! He extracted my teeth and put me to sleep with no discomfort afterwards. He listened carefully to what I had to say and was patient and caring. I highly recommend him!

DR ABTIN in the Mcdonough Denistry is NOT a good doctor. His office was shocked to see how he disfigured my face from a tooth removal. I never knew this man thought I could trust him and his assistance but she pretended to take a blood pressure and did not and I asked him why did she write that down. He said don't worry.
