Lied about coverage
Completely untrustworthy. They recommended a non-essential procedure and gave me a breakdown of the cost and assured me that after reviewing with my insurance that they would cover 100% minus my deductible, come to find out later they did not cover it and placed the blame on me for not looking into it on my own. How can I trust them about future medical decisions if they are lying upfront?

Dr. Arria (and staff) went above and beyond to address a billing misunderstanding that led to being charged a lot more than we were expecting. We were genuinely astounded by the commitment he has shown to his patients, as well as his commitment to upholding the integrity and trustworthiness of his business. Five stars!
