Dr. Fallah is very nice. Unfortunately, his office is staffed by an extremely rude and condescending young woman and a careless hygienist. I only went back because I called and unexpectedly spoke to Dr. Fallah himself, who was much more reasonable. They upsell services such as fluoride and sealants as part of the package. The hygienist was messy and painful and there is no excuse for the attitude of the girl at the front desk.
