Dr. Alaleh Dowlatshahi, DDS

Extremely friendly staff, very clean office, I was seen within 5 minutes (and early). Tech and Dr. were very nice. It was definitely the nicest dentist's office I’d ever been to before. Also very conveniently located near Cubs Stadium and Metro.

She is a dentist who struggles and mostly fails to perform the basic dental work. This is a small office with no hygienist and proper equipment and tools. She does not know how to fill simple cavities. I had a great deal of pain after filing my small cavity and the filling came off after two days of pain and suffering. I heard that the front office person was calling and trying to lure new patients to this unfortunate office.

I have been there multiple times and each time I was less than please with the work done by the staff at large. I had to switch practice after being fitted for a crown for over 3 times and not being able to receive the permanent crown. Since the owner of the practice was not there, the third time I was getting fitted for the permanent crown, I was seen by a very old dentist whose hands shook during the whole procedure, he couldn't see well and couldn't get a hold of the assistants who were running around the place minding their business. After this I had to stop going there because keeping the temporary crown for too long caused me pain and distress. I asked to received all the relevant documentation regarding the work I had done at the practice and only received some X-rays after requesting the docs multiple times. I also requested -multiple times - a refund for the work not done by the dentist and I am yet to see that money. After having consulted with other dentists I was told that

Dr. Alaleh's office is clean, efficient, and welcoming as is her whole team. I have had horrible dental experiences in the past with other dentists, so I had avoided the dentist for many years and had a lot of anxiety going in for my first appointment. She quickly made me feel comfortable and provided excellent dental care. I now have no more anxiety when walking in for appointments with her. Her team provides great dental hygiene tips and you can tell they really care about their patients. They also went through cost with me every time before any appointment/treatment/cleaning to make sure I knew what was or wasn't covered by insurance and knew the exact cost ahead of time. I really cannot recommend them enough!

Myself and my family of 6, including young children have been going to Dr.Alaleh for sometime, she is a caring and meticulous clinician. I would highly recommend her and her very knowledgable and friendly staff.

I have seen Doc Alaleh 5-6 times this past year and a half, he is honestly the best dentist I have ever had. Her team is amazing too. The just moved into a new space, which looks awesome. They always try to make sure to fit you into the schedule if you need to get in there. She is so knowledgeable and kind.

Dr.Alaleh is awesome! She caught an ongoing problem that my previous dentist failed to notice. She's very attentive and thorough when working on my teeth and she made sure I felt comfortable all throughout my appointment and that I wasn't overwhelmed. Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to! I highly recommend her.Office is super clean.

Everyone is very caring and professional and the office is very comfortable and state of the art. Dr.Alaleh goes above and beyond to ensure the best treatment is received. Recently needed my wisdom teeth removed. Dr.Alaleh made the experience painless and very comfortable! I love coming to see her and have sent my family! The office is very unique, modern and everyone from the front desk to the assistants are great! I can't thank all of them enough for the excellent level of care.

This was my first visit to Dr. Alaleh, and I was extremely impressed. The office space is clean and very modern (they even have tvs in all the rooms). The staff was really friendly and made me feel right at home. Also, Dr. Alaleh was very personable and answered all of my questions. No cavities this time, but I plan on returning for some cosmetic work soon !

his is by far the best dentist i have ever been to and i have been to a lot! I came to this practice after some poorly done work completed by another dentist. Dr Alaleh fixed it and filled a few cavities. The whole process was excellent. She is funny and incredibly patient. What makes this practice the best though is its staff! I love the two ladies who work the front desk. If you want to be called in case they have a cancellation, they are great about following up.

Dr. Alaleh is the best dentist I've ever had. She is kind and attentive and explains everything very thoroughly. She never sounds judgmental and I never feel like she is rushing the appointment. She made me feel at ease when I told her I had bad experiences with fillings in the past. She has totally changed my view of going to the dentist! The rest of her staff is great as well - wait times are always under 5 minutes and the hygienist is knowledgeable and friendly.

My visit with Dr.Alaleh was great! She and her office staff were extremely personable, welcoming and energetic as soon as I walked in the door. She explained my teeth cleaning thoroughly and also found 2 needed fillings during my visit. She offered the option of taking care of the fillings during the same visit which I really appreciated so that I would not have to come back for that. Overall GREAT appointment!!

She is great. Her and all her staff are very proffesional and friendly! Great service! No pain! I had lots of work done with Dr Alaleh ! She is so skilled and funny too!
