Dr. NIX OFFICE MANAGER CRYSTAL IS RUDE AND HATEFUL. WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SCHUDULE AN APPT. SHE IS NOT ACCOMMODATING. SHE SAIDS RUDE AND HATEFUL THINGS TO YOU ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO COME IN WHEN SHE WANTS YOU TO. I WILL NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS DENTIST SINCE THIS IS THE TYPE OF PPL HE HIRES TO RUN HOS OFFICE.

My child is screaming in fear and pain, and the front desk lady would not let me through to see her. Couldn't do the procedure and no refund was given. New staff and policies needed. DO NOT GO HERE.

I ABSOLUTELY love dr nix and his staff.They go the extra mile to welcome you and help you with everything you need from insurance to your fear of dentist.I drive almost 2 hrs from my home in aubrey. Tx to see him.I have a high fear of dentist but with Dr nix he makes me feel very calm and safe.I recently had all my teeth taken out and new ones put in..He gave me a new life back and foe that im eternally grateful.His staff are the best people you could ever want..I love them all!

Dr. Nix performed multiple crowns and some root canals. On one the crown was not set correctly causing a leak.. I most likely will need this tooth pulled due to decay and poor dental work. Another crown only lasted 3 years. My current dentist said they can not do a thing about the poor work. Billing is very poor! They called me 6 months later demanding 500 more dollars. Also from a drill they cracked one of my front teeth refusing to fix it!! Do NOT use this dentist! I had to get the work fix

Each individual seems to care about me as a person as well as a patient. The office is very efficient, the equipment up to date and the cost was less than expected. I highly recommend Dr. Nix.
