Dr. Al has always put his patients first. He was able to assist me when I had a dental emergency as well as being professional compassionate and understanding.
I cannot rave enough about his expertise in the profession and knowledge on dental matters.
I must give him the highest rating 5 stars, best and most professional and concerning dentist on Long Island.

Dr Biggiani is so caring gentle and knowledgeable. I hated dentists because of a bad experience but Dr Biggiani calmed all my fears. I will definitely return.
