Dr. Chow and his office staff are the best team I’ve ever experienced with other dental offices. Dr. Chow is a kind man and an exceptional dentist!

Dr. Chow of Model Smile Dentistry is by far hands down the best dentist in SoCal. He is always very kind and uses cutting edge technology in his practice. Dr. Chow’s practice is expertly managed by Susan. Her office staff including hygienists are all very nice and like Dr. Chow they are very well educated and they treat each patient with professionalism, caring and respect. I highly recommend Model Smile Dentistry for any and all of your dental needs!

This doctor was a robot. No bedside manner, no personality, and no cariing for a patient looking for expertise and comfort. He said I needed 5 procedures when I came for a consultation for one. No one talked to me about cost, but gave me a business card of who to go to for a root canal. No explanation of why I needed it. My instincts told me to get a second opinion. I was right. Details would be too long to post, but 3 major procedures were unwarranted and 6 reg exam x-rays would not have been enough for the diagnosis he gave. I am shocked by all the positive posts. I can’t be the only one with a negative experience. The tech who did my x-rays was great even though she had a tiny room to work in with limited space for huge equipment. Do better Dr. Chow.

I am so afraid to go to the dentist for any reason. Dr. Chow and his staff have changed my whole perception of going to the dentist. I love getting my teeth cleaned because I know any potential issues are caught early. If there’s an issue, Dr. Chow is on it and takes into account my extreme anxiety. I recommend for anyone who fears going to the dentist!

I had 9 cavities. I have a huge needle fear. I didn't know how I was going to get my cavities filled. I found him online and found out he did laser dentistry. I was able to get my cavities filled needle free. Later on I found out what was causing my cavities was due to acidic salvia. He told me I had acidic salvia but didn't tell me what I could do about it or the cause or how to prevent cavities. Also the lady at the front desk had attitude and charged me wrong. We got it sorted out. So make sure you pay before . would have been 5 stars but for those reasons I brought it down to 4 stars.

As always, Dr. Chow and his staff were wonderful. From the minute you walk into his office, you are aware of the highest level of professionalism . Dr. Chow is constantly learning the newest dental procedures and he has the latest state of the art equipment.If you have serious health conditions you can be assured your dental needs will be met with caring, knowledgeable and professional care.Dr, Chow is fabulous!

From the minute I walked in I felt at ease. The whole staff was friendly. The hygienist was very upbeat and professional and did an amazing job. The doctor was patient, listened carefully and very professional and reassuring.

I've been going to Dr. Chow for over a year now, after not having gone to a dentist in many years. I didn't trust dentists - both my wife and I have had awful experiences with dentists in the past. Dr. Chow and his whole team are caring and respectful. I feel very welcomed and *appreciated* at his office. This isn't just some random dentist who's trying to fleece his patients. Dr. Chow is genuinely caring - he wants the best for his patients - and he's also extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I'm so very glad I found this office. I don't fear going to the dentist anymore!

This was my fifth procedure since June and, as always, everyone on the staff and Dr. Chow were extremely professional, highly competent, supportive, detail oriented and very friendly. My teeth were in bad shape and I feel that Dr. Chow is saving my life. I understand why someone said that they drive 70 miles to see Dr. Chow.....I would do the same, but I am very lucky to only be 5 mins away from his office! If you want the best dentist in the LA area, no, in Calif, Dr. Chow is your man!!

Why do I drive 70 miles round trip to go to the dentist? Because my experience is amazing from beginning to end. From the personal greeting by Susan at the front office to my amazing dental hygienist Laura, to the personal attention of Dr. Chow, it is always a pleasure to see everyone at Model Smile!!!
