Unprofessional, rude, "holier than thou" attitude which comes off as condescending. Will reschedule or outright cancel appointments with no notice and will rarely give a good reason (if any reason). Infrequently in the office due to "other obligations". While passable for the bare minimum, there are simply more talented Dentists in the profession with nicer more helpful support staff, and attitudes that are miles better. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere, your smile will be glad you did!
