I was a brand new patient today. When I arrived, there was no place to sit in the 4 chair reception area. When I was called in by the hygienist, she never introduced herself. She took x-rays - no conversation really to get acquainted. When it was time to clean my teeth, I was not provided any eye protection. For YEARS, every office I've been in provides eye protection. I was never handed a tissue to wipe my mouth when water spattered. When polishing teeth, no choice of flavor (not a big deal, but again, every other office offers choices.) When the doctor walked in, he never introduced himself. No one went over health history and there was no oral cancer screening. Office seemed clean but very antiquated and cluttered. I would not recommend them.
