My many years of dental experiences with Dr. Kim have been excellent!!! Her team is very friendly and welcoming as you enter the office. Dr. Kim takes time to explain, recommend appropriate procedures and I absolutely trust her professional judgement.

She over charged me an my insurance company my co pay was x amount an she told me a different price do I called back now she said I gave u this an tat no she didn't give me nothing

This is absolutely the worst Dental office I have ever came in contact with. Very unprofessional. Dr. Kim is such a perfectionist, that it drives her staff crazy. I had a crown made, it was lost so she had to remake an impression. And when she had to remake the crown she was very flipped about me coming back into her office. She said I don't care if you're mad I am going to take my time-(this was for a temporary crown and it came out twice). Plus beware of double billing as well. STAY AWAY...

I got a filling done at Dr. Kim's office and the following day my tooth was very sensitive. I called and spoke with the doctor and she told me to come in so she can take a look and I will NOT Be charged. Long story short... I went back for cleaning and Denise told me I owe $100.00 for x-ray which doctor told me I don't have to pay. I paid $100.00...A few months later Denise called me again statimg I owe more money, I asked for what and she gave me two different stories... I stopped going there.
