Horrible. Every time I went they tried to charge me $40 than my copay was. Every time I had to call them out of it and then they make some excuse.I've been seeing my previous dentist for 10 years but they stopped taking my insurance. So I just went to this place for cleaning's. Every single time they said that I would need hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of work which I never needed any of.After getting a huge quote from them I would go back to my other dentist and never spent more than $100 and a little bonding.I went in for my last cleaning and they told me that I needed deep cleaning for an additional $700 on 2 teeth. I know I did not need the deep cleaning. I did not have any deep pockets. But when I refuse to pay the extra $700 for deep cleaning I did not need. Then they refuse to do my regular cleaning. They became really aggressive and literally pushed me out the front door. I literally called them for weeks and weeks with no response. My insurance company told

I first came here after I lost a crown and was happy that they could see me the next morning. Since that time, I've started on the long path to get my teeth in proper shape and Dr. Nawrocki and everything has been fantastic. They explain everything before they start, they key in quickly if I'm even remotely uncomfortable, and I also get follow up calls the next day to make sure I'm doing okay and to see if I have questions.

I found Dental Arts San Diego after a bad experience with my previous dentist. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and positive vibes. I felt like my concerns were received with positivity, and my questions answered. Dr. Nawrocki is so professional and mild mannered. She has implemented my treatment plan, which turns out to take 1/3 of the time and number of visits to complete compared to my previous dentist. I am very happy with the care that I have already received.
