Dr. Alex and his team are fantastic!! I have hated going to the dentist until I found this office. They are always welcoming, and gentle with their care. I received a 3-D visual of my mouth and could actually see what was going on and what treatment I actually needed. I could not be happier and am so relieved I found this doctor and office. I highly recommend!!

It’s my first time in this place, so frustrating! I’m not gonna go back to this place anymore. The ladies in the front desk are rude with poor customer service. When I entered the door I saw them look at me, when I’m about to approach them, they just ignored me and looked down to continue to do what they are doing. When they scan my whole teeth, the equipment is dirty with yellowish stains. The lady that polished my teeth are very unfriendly, like angry to what she’s doing, she’s rough and burnt my lips with hot polisher tool. I knew that she did it purposely to make the work done fast.However, the dentist is great! Overall, I’m frustrated with this place. Told my family to cancel their upcoming appointments as well. We’re not interested to do more business in this dirty place anymore!

Took 3 of my kids and they were in 3 different rooms, so I wanted to keep an eye on them. Nurse told me that it was not necessary because everyone working there was nice. I told her that I still wanted to keep an eye on them. She told me that my 12 year old daughter was big enough and if “someone would touch her inappropriately I’m sure she would say something”.. I was disturbed by her comments and I told her that she shouldn’t assume that my child would be able to react to a lot uncomfortable situation. She than went into my daughters chair and started telling her “if someone touches you inappropriately you”, I than interrupted her and ask her to “please don’t talk to my daughter about things like that, I did not have authorized you or giving you my consent to talk to my daughter or discuss the type of sensitive information. You are NOT her mother or anyone with the authority to have that type of conversation” I was so appalled that I just walked out with my kids. We won’t be back

I have been going to crystal dental for a few years now and have had nothing but the best care with Dr. Alex and his friendly staff.

Crystal Dental has been my dentist office since I've lived in L.A. I'm happy I chose this place the doc is great and I'm just so comfortable there which is important to me because I have had the same dentist my whole life and after he passed bless his soul, his son took over. This is a great dentist office I can't express that enough or thank him for the great work repairing my chipped tooth!

I was there for my 6 months cleaning. I was happy with the fact I still have no cavities??
