I have been coming to the Wentzville office for many years and always so in awe at the comfort and care that the staff provides. From the front desk receptionists, to the assistants, to the Dr's, they are all so warm and welcoming. I love my smile and can attest, orthodontic treatment has changes my life.

Dr. Alex Oldroyd and the entire office staff are professional, courteous and most importantly extremely talented. I just had my permanent upper retainer fixed today, called at 7:45 am, appointment by 9:30am and was taken care of by 10:00am Dr Alex Oldroyd not only corrected my problem quickly, but took such great care in making sure that I was happy with the results. Additionally my three daughters and I were patients with Bank Orthopedics several years ago. Over the nine years that I have known them the organization has always maintained the highest level of talented and caring staff. I love this place and highly recommended to everyone who needs braces. Dr. Oldroyd is amazing and knowledgeable. He has taken the time to explain what they are doing. The nicest part of my experience with Bankhead orthodontics for the past 1 year has been the staff. Because I have to relocate to another state. Diana, the manager, explain the transfer procedure and make the it simple and fast. Jackie is very attentive to take care of wires. I highly recommend.

The staff at Bankhead Orthodontics is a wonderful group. They always made me feel comfortable and addressed any concerns I have. Dr. Oldroyd really understood what needed to be done in order for my smile to bring me joy. As an adult I was a little nervous getting braces, but everyone exceeded my expectations. My son and I both got our braces at the same time and I know he is just as happy with the team as I am!

Dr. Oldroyd is very patient focused and detail-oriented. He listens to your concerns and takes his time to make sure that you are completely satisfied.
