I was pleasantly surprised on the appointment availability and surgical scheduling process. I had minimal wait time and experienced a thorough and friendly staff - Dr. Okula was very compassionate and explained the plan of care, the procedure, potential complications, follow-up care and the healing process completely. In addition the staff repeatedly educated to ensure I felt comfortable and had complete understanding. I had 3 teeth extracted and the entire process went smooth. I have worked in healthcare for 35 years and can honestly say my experience from the initial evaluation to surgery went above and beyond a typical standard of treatment and care.

Dr. Okula removed my wisdom teeth under the supervision of Dr. Burce Horswell. The surgery ended up leaving the right side of my tongue permanently numb. Neither doctor seemed to think it was a big deal at all. They did not comfort me at all when i was extremely upset by the news - didn't even offer me a tissue when I was crying. I did all my own research to figure out treatment methods. Absolutely would NOT recommend any friends or family to see either doctor. Completely miserable experience and i am still dealing with the effects over 4 months later
