Dr. Ali Forghani, DDS

Dr. Forghani was highly recommended to me by a friend. I am a very nervous type especially when it comes to having work done on my teeth. Dr. Forghani’s professional manner made feel at ease immediately . At another visit he made a denture for me and I am very happy with the results . I found his office to be very clean, his staff friendly and helpful.

I took my 33 months old son for his first dental exam. But, I am sorry to say I was highly disappointed with Dr. Forgahni and his staff. No effort was made to calm him down or to ease his anxiety for the medical treatment. Neither his exam was done well, I am not sure if Dr. was even able to look inside my child's mouth for any cavities. I checked with the doctor before scheduling my son's appointment about kid's first dentist visit. Now I regret my decision for taking him there. I was also disappointment by the behavior of few techs and front desk people that were making visibly annoyed face as my son was making few noises( of course being a 33 months old, it's tough for a kid to not be a kid) I would find a better pediatric dentist for him.I never had this kinda experience at any pediatric place for him. So, clearly this dentist office is a wrong choice for kids.

For complete transparency, My goal is to speak the truth about my experience with his office Hopefully, to prevent other patients from experiencing the same atrocity I went through with dealing with this doctor. I called his office several times to address a concern with his service to only being given the runaround for months. His refusal to call me back forced me to schedule an appointment for a 5-minute conversation with him. Of course, he did this so that he could bill my insurance company. He not only lied to my face that he would personally give me a callback but then lied on his employees and blamed their lack of intelligence on passing patients' concerns to him. The moral of the story, I would not recommend him as your dentist.

The clinic and service are amazing! They are very patient and thorough.
