We took our mother for help with some needed with adjustments to her partial, and were amazed at the unprofessional treatment we received. We understand that a dentist can’t always provide a perfect solution, and we’re prepared to discuss various suboptimal options. But Alicia clearly didn’t want to help, offered no options, was dismissive and irritable about questions. She is in the wrong field as she has no kindness toward patients, at least older patients. I’d suggest you look elsewhere for prosthodontics services.

I am a complex patient, having had 15 reconstructive surgeries and spent 6 total years in braces by age 23 all related to a facial birth defect. The last step was a complex bridge/crown for my front upper teeth, and after 12 years, I finally chipped it and needed it redone. I am a surgeon myself with a busy schedule not conducive to personal appointments during business hours. Dr. Estrella and her staff were truly phenomenal in accommodating my schedule every step of the way. After the consultation visit, the plan was set, but then to my surprise, a few weeks later, I received a call from Dr. Estrella informing me she had consulted with a colleague and recommended I have a root canal first. As bad as that sounds, it shows she cares and beyond that, she helped me get it set up with another provider THE NEXT DAY. The rest of the process was excellent, and my result exceeded my expectations. Last but not least, the staff are wonderful and run like a well-oiled machine. Thank you all!

She does not listen or communicate with patient. Do what she says, no consultation.

As a great an experience to the dentist can be. The full staff was very helpful and supportive during my dental emergency.

Not likely to recommend to anyone. She was not interested in making adjustments to my upper denture which had been done by her predecessor dr Cornell. The first thing she recommended was that I spend an additional $8,000 on implants (I am 77) which at my age is unrealistic. She abruptly left me sitting in the exam room and took another appointment in the room next door! Unprofessional at best. Incompetent as well in my view.
