Dr. Alicia Millan-Morales, DMD

Dr. Millian was fantastic! I went to her for a second opinion after a bad expirence with another dentist and she was very reassuring and helpful in explaining what work needed to be done on my teeth without pushing procedures and products I didn't need. She is kind, understanding, and very welcoming. Her hygienist is also wonderful! He was very personable, great at his job, and always explained what he was doing so I knew what to expect.

I've been in pinellas county my whole life. There are a lot of crooked dentist. I finally found doctor Milan. Her team is phenomenal and getting the best dental care that there possibly is. I will definitely return to this office in the future.

I have been going to her for about 6 months. Every visit she takes time to talk to me about what I need. I definitely think that she is the best dentist I've ever had. One great thing she has during visits is relaxing video and music playing on a screen. It helps so much with anxieties you might have about dental work. I find it soothing to hear while there. Her dental assistant is just as friendly and helpful. It's always a positive experience when I go to this dentist.

Dr. Alicia Millan Morales and the staff are awesome. I had an amazing experience with her. She takes time to listen and time to explain. A first rate professional experience. Completely satisfied with her and all the support staff. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Millan is amazing. I’ve had some terrible experiences with other dentists and this exceeded my expectations. She is very gentle and talks you through the entire process. Dr. Millan cares for her clients and is never in a rush. The office definitely does a great job of scheduling. I really like that she discussed my options when it came to moving forward with additional work. She made sure I was prepared and aware of what needs to be done (in my comfort zone!). I’ve been to the office a total of 3 times and every experience has been fantastic. I will be recommending to everyone I know!

Dr. Millan-Morales was very professional and thorough in her dental examination of my teeth. She was very friendly upon introductions and smiled a lot. She was very clear in indicating she would examine my teeth and then share her findings with me once done. In regards to care, she was gentle and informative as to what findings needed to be handled sooner than later. She did not push any procedures but carefully explained which treatment(s) would best suit my dental needs. I would recommend her to friends, family and strangers looking for a dentist. It has been very seamless making appointments and booking treatments thus far.

I have been Dr. Millan’s patient for several years, and my dental care with her has been nothing but exceptional. Dr. Millan is always so kind and explains the needed treatment plans thoroughly. I am very pleased with my dental visits with her and will continue to use her as my dentist.

I was extremely scared of the dentist until I met Dr. Millan. She was very kind to me and answered all my questions for me. She stopped to give me a break whenever I needed it. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I would not go anywhere else. I have had a lot of dental work done by her and I am extremely happy with the results.

I went to her for multiple issues on my teeth and I dreaded going to the dentist but she made every visit very friendly, as painless as it could be and very straightforward with what I needed done. I loved how kind she was and how easy it made each appointment for people like me that have such a hard time at the dentist in general. Dr Millan is awesome, thank you for such a great service.

Very inexperienced dentist who has a difficult time making decisions about treatment. She either consults with her hygienist or says she’ll get back with you after she consults with her boss. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and seek another practice. Additionally, the office is terrible about returning phone calls.

They will tell you one price but when they finish the work they charge different. Higher price, with no apologies.

Dr. Alicia Millan-Morales is an excellent doctor who gives exceptional care and is honest with her treatment. She gave me a couple treatment options but I chose to pick the less expensive route and she didn't pressure me to do otherwise which I appreciated. There are so many doctors who would rather just get you to buy into an expensive and perhaps unnecessary treatment plan but not this one. She is a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.

This girl should not have received certification for dentistry. She lacks knowledge and the ability to work with her patients. She is swayed by the hygienist to recommend unnecessary procedures for her patients. Alicia Millan-Morales cannot be trusted to do patient assessments. She needs to grow up and work with a qualified dentist not her hygienist. I will never return to Great Expressions based on my last "Cleaning" visit.

This dentist is straight out of school and should not be touching patients without an experienced dentist present. She talks to you like a child. She attempted to cement a permanent crown, it fell off within the hour. When I saw her again, she giggled and said "sorry about that". It took her 2 hours to adjust the bite, which was still high when I left.
