Rude Customer Service
22 Year Retired Veteran 100% Disabled. I received authorization for VA Community Care and waited three weeks for Dr Valentini to get scheduled. On 16 Dec 2024 I called to receive an appointment and the manager put me on hold for 3 mins and then hung up on me. I called back and the manager said 'She didnt have time to download my authorization for care; so I needed to wait'. Horrible customer service. I asked to speak to the Dentist and she said the Dentist was busy.

The best dentist in Houston! Honest, friendly and approachable. State of the art technology! Green office. All dentists are specialists, not just general dentists. They watch cavities and they do not ask you to do unnecessary dental procedures that you do not need.
