Dr. Alla Aver, DDS

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but, because I appreciate when others leave truthful reviews when I'm seeking a doc or dentist, I'm going to leave this truthful review. All was fine as long as I didn't need anything more than a cleaning. I had a cap put on, and her assistant during the procedure was very rough, not gentle at all inside my mouth. (I'd never experienced anything like that with any other dentist over the years.) Then, a different time, when Dr. Aver flossed my teeth after a different procedure, she was so rough that my head swung back and forth from side to side. I couldn't believe it! Again, I'd never experienced anything like this with a dentist before.

I used to drive over 2 hours to see Dr. Aver and really trusted her. She replaced my amalgams but did so much trauma that I resulted in having to lose a tooth. Crowns, temporary crowns, inlays, onlays, etc that did not fit and pretty much telling me that I HAD to get an implant. She never made me feel at ease and now that I go to another biological dentist, there are so many things Dr. Aver never told me about. Lesson learned the hard way. Also way too many new employees in and out.

Great dentist. Very knowledgeable concerning nutrition to support food dental and whole body health. Worth the 2 hour drive, for sure! Very pleased with the safety precautions and care while replacing my amalgam filling.
