Dr. Alla Rokun, DDS

No stars is a more accurate grade for Dr Alla Rokun because she was NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF MY APPOINTMENT! SHE WAS NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING that day and yet her receptionist made me sit there for 1 hour and 20 minutes and never told me. It was only after 1 hour and 20 minutes of sitting there--the only patient in the facility--that I got up and asked to reschedule. With a poker face, the receptionist said with a smile "Sure [MY NAME]." When I came to my rescheduled appointment, Dr Rokun never owned up to the incident of no-show and never offered an apology or felt bad for having me sit 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting for her. I would never ever recommend her to friends or family or neighbors. Stay away from this inconsiderate and disrespectful person. There are tons of better dentists in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn that show up every day for their patients--and care about you and your time.

The most enjoyable dentist appointment I've ever had! I spent literally less than 5 minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Also, I have super sensitive gums and teeth and the dentist took extra care in making sure the entire visit was painless. The office is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!
