Rozzlynn and the front desk staff are beyond wonderful. Dr Benzenhafer, on the other hand, is cocky, and not even a nice guy .Major step down from past dentists that have worked at First Advantage.I would not advise going there at all unless it is to see Rozzalynn or perhaps to get a cleaning. Stay away from the dentist. No bedside manner at all.

Not just that this individual is disrespectful, not knowing his job, rude, blaming patient, but he is so full of himself. I left that office because he couldn't match my front tooth. Instead of apologizing, he blamed me, and keep repeating how Hardest thing in dentistry is matching it. I went over to another dentist, and they said they have no idea why this issue was. Three months later, I am still waiting for them to send correct claim form (they send twice, but wrong one), I still didn't put real crown, because I'm waiting for claim to go through. And in the end, I had to pay 700$ in advance to them. Save yourself and run!
