Refuses to speak with parents of minor children
After taking my minor child to Dr. Pearson for 4 years, I had to switch dentists due to a change in insurance. It was discovered that my child had pretty extensive dental issues that had been festering for awhile. I called Dr. Pearson's office and requested to speak to him so I could understand how this became so serious because the new dentist stated it had been going on for awhile and now required antibiotics and surgery to extract the tooth. Dr. Pearson's incredibly rude office manager told me he doesn't make phone calls and I needed to pay a $160 fee to speak to him about my child's dental care. They also said I wouldn't be allowed to talk to him because they didn't like my tone. Apparently, this office will deny parents the right to speak to the dental provider about their child's care if they don't like your tone. Incidentally, I didn't like hers either, so there is now a formal complaint with the Texas Dental Board and a meeting with an attorney scheduled. Don't waste your time.

Dr Pearson either was having a really bad day or easily gets flustered when a child cries at the dentist. Our child had received laughing gas, which made her feel strange, plus numbing shot. It made her cry. Instead of being patient with her and helping her through it, he visibly got annoyed and declared this is too stressful on him and put down his instruments and said come back another time, after already delivering the novicane. The rest of the staff, especially the assistant were great.

This Dental office is amazing! My son is 2 yrs. old and just went for his first his cleaning, he absolutely loved it and is now he will be excited for his check-ups. We never felt rushed by Dr. Pearson or the staff. The office has a natural way of working with the little ones and his entire staff is very friendly and professional; couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Wylie Children’s Dentistry for making our visit easy and a great experience.

Dr. Pearson and staff are very professional and know how to work with kids. Our five-year-old is petrified of going to the doctor and did not squirm, whine, or cry during her entire visit. Office is professionally decorated with colorful and gadgets to keep kids busy. The office is also very open with the cleanings and routine exams done "out in the open". It really does not have the dentist/doctor office feel to it. I also loved how it smelled and felt so clean. This is good because, so many

This dentist was incredibly unkind to a disabled child and parent. When the special needs child was frightened, he screamed at the Mom and told her to take parenting classes. How awful! He needs classes in manners and compassion, especially if dealing with children.

Dr. Pearson and his staff are great with children! The office is very fun and colorful! The kids love the prizes they get after each appointment! Even better when you get to see a movie in the lobby as well as in the room while you are getting your teeth cleaned. Wish I would of had this much fun going to the dentist when I was a kid :)

My very 1st experience with Dr. Pearson was when my son fell at school and knocked out half his front tooth. Frantic, I called my dentist and they were unable to see him as an emergency on the same day. Luckily Dr. Pearson's office was able to take him right away. I have to say besides the beautiful office I was completely blown away with how wonderful the staff was and how thankful I am to have been seen by Dr. Pearson. He was AMAZING! We have now became established patients with all 4 kids.

Dr Pearson and his staff go above and beyond to make not only my kiddos love the dentist, but to make me love taking them. He and his awesome staff are definitely amazing at what they do! The office is vibrant and makes you feel at home. The kids love the iPads and big screen tv's. I would recommend bringing your child to this office. They go above and beyond to make sure your child's dental appointment is an awesome experience.
