Cracked tooth
Dr.Phinney was very nice to work with...I cracked a molar after years of eating ice. And when I called I was taken right in.well sense I was on blood thinners I had to wait 3 days after being off the meds. They got me right in pulled the tooth, had to fight a peice of root but she got it... she and her assistant joked with me and kept me in a good mood the whole time!! Answered any questions I had ..I am very pleased with the whole experience thank you Dr.Phinney.

Root canal
Very pleased! She was able to work me in very quick on short notice. The procedure was pain free and there was no pain afterwards.

Highly Recomend
I had a tooth that cracked causing a lot of pain (8 out of 10). I was not a patient of Heartland, but they got me in right away. Dr. Phinney and staff was very friendly and pulled the crack tooth with out issues. I have gone to other dentist and it seems they always break the tooth, I even had to have one cut out before, all because the dentist broke the tooth so bad. Not with Dr. Phinney she pulled and out it came, relieving me of the significant pain. Dr. Phinney also found a cyst in my sinus that no one has ever said anything to me before about. Needless to say I have already schedule a full work up apt, and think I have found my new dentist.

I spent 1800 dollars for a partial that caused pain. After several visits to adjust to them she said there was nothing she could do. At my last visit after my tooth that was holding the partial broke she was very dismissive and I felt like she was pretty much done with me. After going to another dentist I was told I would never have a good fit without having the bone overgrowth (Tori) removed. I got a second opinion and the second dentist said the same thing. On a good note the front office staff were very nice.

I'm not at all satisfied with the treatment. Initially when I went for the teeth alignment regarding braces they suggested me to go for cavity test first to confirm there are no cavities. After cavity test they said there is a small cavity getting initiated on the sides of the teeth(Which is not visible for the naked eye) and that should be cleared to make sure that it doesn't go bigger. So I agreed with them for the cavity cleaning thinking that they just do side surface cleaning and will not change top surface shape of the teeth. The treatment was so bad that they drilled all the surface of my teeth which holds the food and plays a major role for chewing. Now i'm not able to chew anything on the right side teeth where they treated. I think for life time i can't chew any food on my right side. On top of it instead of charging for single procedure they charged for three procedures.
