He was confident and assertive which I needed because I was so nervous about a painful tooth. He listened to my fears but was forthright in deciding what needed to be done. He gained my trust and admiration quickly . Assisted by Heather, they were a good team. I used his West Chester office.

I only saw this dentist because the one I had been seeing, who I loved, moved away and he replaced her. I saw him once and he didn’t listen to me in the slightest. I won’t go back. They do their health update paperwork on a laminated sheet with dry erase marker... I get saving paper but that was my first rip off that my appointment wasn’t going to go well.
