Dr. Ammar Al-Mahdi, DDS

The best orthodontist ever! I have been under his care for the last three years for braces and he provided state of the art customer service. I had an issue once with my braces on a Friday night and he responded to my call to the office and offered help at 11:00 in the evening. The next day he met me at his office in Fairoaks mall, yet he doesn’t work at this location that Saturday but he did it for me. That’s going above and beyond customer service and I deeply appreciate that. I highly recommend him because he is simply the best!

My experience with Dr. Ammar Al-Mahdi at Elite Orthodontics was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Every aspect of the process was good, the most important being Dr. Ammar's skill as an orthodontist and -- for me – his expertise with Invisalign, which involves careful monitoring and adjustments as the treatment proceeds. This isn't surprising given his credentials (see Meet Dr. Ammar Al-Mahdi under "New Patients" on the website). Every visit was a pleasure because of the personable and efficient staff, state-of-the-art technology which streamlined imaging, assessments, and other work (i.e., more comfortable for me), and unfailingly pleasant interactions with Dr. Ammar. In addition to his professional skills, he is a gifted communicator with a good sense of humor. As a senior, I've spent quite a bit of time over the years in dental practices. Top marks all around for Elite Orthodontics.

I am very thankful Dr. Ammar and your friendly staff you all amazing. Actually, you dedicate your time to your patients. Dr. Ammar is kind and an excellent I am thrilled with his care. My daughter says love them all because they are super nice and wonderful.

So thankful with Dr. Ammar and his staff - everyone is just so friendly and respectful. I’ve had braces 6/7 years ago, and had a relapse since I didn’t wear my retainers. Out of all the 3 orthodontists I met for consultation in the DMV area, he’s the only one who was able to understand my concerns. It’s only the second time my braces have been adjusted but I’m seeing quick and great results. Love that he’s also perfectionist. Thanks to all the wonderful staff as well!:)

We’ve been seeing Dr. Ammar since our previous orthodontist retired this past year. He’s done a great job communicating with our son (and us) as we complete his orthodontic treatment. After our dog destroyed his retainer, Dr. Ammar returned our call this past Saturday and came into the office to rescan and make a new one that day. We look forward to his continuing care and recommend him highly.

At first I was a bit hesitate to Continue the treatment when Previous doctor retired. However, our experience with Dr. Ammar is very satisfactory: he is very keen to communicate with patients, ( he replied my email questions at 2:00 am in DC time while I was in Asia) , he took time and explained procedures clearly; he also dealt with urgent requests almost immediately. I strongly recommend him to all.
