What a kind friendly excellent dentist I have ever found with lovely nice staff members. I am really scared to visit any dentist but doctor Amy Chen spent an hour to clean my teeth and she is not alike other offices trying to create new projects earn as much money as possible from you. She is very skillful and patient. I am very surprised and pleased because I don’t feel pain from her anesthesia injections. I strongly recommend this office for sure! My family and friends like this office very much as well!

InI can barely understood her and she spent almost an hour tried to explain what needed to be done. She just kept repeating herself. After torturous 15 min of cleaning and 45 min of talking to herself. I was finally released and told to come back for cleaning. I think there is another dentist at the same practice; her room was adjacent to mine. The whole time I was stuck with Dr. Amy Chen, I could hear constant laughter from that side. I came in before next door and they were done in 45 minutes.

First, I could barely understand her English. Second, she keeps repeating the same things over when she tried to explain to me her findings. The repetitiveness is really annoying. Even her assistant left the room because she seems bored.
