Awful experience. Incompetent assistant actually dropped my crown on the floor as she was prepping...they put a chicklet on my tooth ..had to do another one...but they lost the original mold of my tooth and had to give me a generic one. This was years ago and I'm still upset ...I think she might have been having emotional/drug problems...don't know...staff is incompetent. Dental Assistant...

This woman ruined my mouth a few years ago. She did work I didn’t authorize on perfectly healthy teeth. She drilled too deeply on some of them. All of the work had to get redone and I’m stuck with taking care of it the rest of my life. I luckily found out what she did and didn’t let her continue to work on my teeth. Had to get three other opinions and it has been a nightmare for years. Just had a tooth she crowned need a root canal. It needed a replacement crown almost immediately after she completed her work and I know that traumatized the root.

They always listen to us and give us a plan of what might need to be done but are not pushy

Very personable and straight forward. Told me exactly what was going on and did it in an efficient manner. She and the staff there put together everything and got me moving on the next part of the process.

On Monday I had my teeth cleaned by Kaylin. WOW, she was amazing. Such concern for me having a good experience. I almost can’t wait for my next cleaning ??

Like many, I hate going to the Dentist. I typically go when something is hurting to the point meds no longer work. Surprisingly, I had a great experience at Parkway Dental Group today. The Dental Hygienist was very gentle and put me at ease during my cleaning. The dentist Dr McConnel was very personable and thorough when assessing my next visit dental work. I feel comfortable going back next month for my dental work and future checkups and regular cleanings. I highly recommend the entire staff at Parkway Dental Group!

They do their absolute best to put you At ease and make you comfortable for the gentle dental work that needs to be done

Literally the best dentist, her and the team... highly educated in the field. They will make you feel super comfortable and very sensitive to your needs which will relax any anxiety you have. I will never go anywhere else... highly recommend!

I HATE the dentist and I mean HATE going to the dentist. After finding Dr. Kuker and her staff, I can now say I don't dread the dentist like I used to. Her staff go above and beyond to make sure my experience is as stress-free as possible. Whether it's making sure the back massage feature is turned on in the chair or providing me with headphones/music, they're always making sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I can't say enough great things about her!

Amy is an answer to my prayers for a gentle and caring dentist. I recommend her to anyone.

I went today to get my cavities filled and I fell asleep! This is the only dentist office I have fallen asleep in.All of the staff are extremely friendly. Dr. Kuker is so nice and does amazing work. I would highly recommend this office!

Great staff and fantastic customer service. Treatment is always great. I have cleanings every 90 days and actually look forward to the next visit. I have had extremely bad experiences in the past with other providers. You can always trust these guys!!!
