Dr. Ana Fernandez, DDS

Called the office to verify that Dr. Ana Fernandez was a Delta PPO provider and was told yes. Made my first appointment for a consultation for which I was told was free. When I arrived , I provided my insurance card to once again confirm that this dentist participated in the PPO. Again, advised yes. Met with Ana Fernandez, or Sophia Loren, as she told me she looks like her. Rather odd, but didn’t much matter. Liked her treatment plan and made my next appointment. She said come back again, as many times as you want because all consultations are free. Again odd, and I replied that would not be necessary. A week later I received an $85.00 bill for the consultation. I called the office and they said they would reverse the charge and remove it from my insurance claim immediately. Arrived for my crown appointment and found that the charge was not reversed , she is not a PPO provider and did not know the estimated cost for today’s crown visit!
