I was treated by Dr. Munoz two years ago with Invisalign. After wearing my retainer daily my teeth still moved and I wanted to go back for retreatment. She initially told me that she would retreat me with Invisalign express at a slightly discounted rate (seeing as I already paid the full price for it 2 years ago). However, two months later when I went back to begin treatment, her new partner said they wouldn't honor the discount they promised me (even though I had it all written down on paper) a
