This small office is terrible. They have the rudest receptionist and office manager (Linda). So happy the true colors showed before we made any commitments. The doctor seems nice, but clearly, as others have stated, the customer here is terrible, so glad we opted to choose another provider.

Did not like the Dr's personality. Weird "bedside" manner. Kinda creepy. Also, I had a problem with the office staff with a bill. An error was made by the insurance company and rather than offering to assist me with it, the accounts receivable manger got aggressive with me and even threatened to take "further action". Very unprofessional. Obviously has no people skills. Shouldn't be working with the public!

This DDS botched a root canal, sending me to a specialist endodontist only 1.8 years after he performed the root canal. The specialist indicated the root canal was not completed fully, which lead to the infection that I developed less than 2 years later. I was in so much pain because of Grosser!
To make matters worse, he sicked his bulldog bill collector lawyer and office manager on me when I disputed the charge. He was a bully when he didn't get $ up front.

I have been coming to Dr Grosser for years I won’t trust anyone else . Caring , honest care. Everyone is great here feels like family .

I decided to go to this Dentist as his office is close to my home in walking distance. I'm sorry that I chose him. He did a terrible job with a filling and I had a lot of pain afterwards that I never had before. His office staff was rude when I complained and had no bedside manners! Had to go elsewhere for help and my new dentist said Grosser misdiagnosed my problem!
