Dr. Andrea Holstein, DMD

I've never felt as unwelcomed as I did in this place with this dentist. She did a treatment that I know was difficult to do on my front tooth, which ended up falling out, while I was laughing. When I bought this issue up to her, she was very uncaring and her attitude was not only dismissive and passive aggressive, she was not even trying to hear me out. Then she hung up on me while I was talking. If you are looking to get your teeth taken care of, which is a very sensitive issue for most people that we get the best care in this instance, I definitely do not recommend this doctor. She is very rude, unprofessional and very unwelcoming. Who wants to go to a passive aggressive dentist? That is not a good energy to have in someone who is taking care of your teeth, one of the most vulnerable parts of your body. I recommend going to someone who actually cares about how they are treating you.

I would highly recommend Dr. Holstein. The staff was very professional, kind, and quick. Dr. Holtstein did an excellent job (root canal) on a difficult tooth. It was faster than I would have thought and painless. I hope I don't have to get another procedure, but if I do, it will be with her.

Worst experience ever. Front office and staff are rude and disrespectful. Dr. Holstein tore up my gums and had no idea what she was doing. She is unpleasant, incompetent, and an absolute disaster.

I have had a few root canals and have never had any problems until I went to Dr. Andrea Holstein, Two hours of torture and got bacterial infection.

She was very professional, explained the procedure and pricing before starting, the environment was comfortable and her staff added to the experience.

After completing my root canal she required me to come back to test another tooth This tooth has not given me any pain whatsoever but I figured she is the professional right? Well, when I came back to test my other tooth she took this stick with a swab and held it under CO2 until it was freezing cold and then pressed and HELD it there on that tooth to the point I saw sizzling coming out of my mouth! It HURT so bad! This wasn't even a problem tooth! inhuman and psychopathic way to upsale.
