Dr. Andrea Ruby, DMD

I have moved multiple times the past few years and have had different dentists. The first time i went to this dentist, there was an altercation in the waiting room with a patient being kicked out and the staff using profanities. After my first appointment, I had an addiitonal upcharge I was unaware of. My second appointment, I had another upcharge of around 60$ that insurance did not cover. Since this has never happened before, I respectfully called insurance and they explained they billed a higher code for teeth cleening. Out of curiosity, I called Ruby to get information since I have never had to pay out of pocket for a teeth cleening.Whether the coding was correct or not, I called out of curiosity since this has never happened before. I have every right to call and confirm what they are billing. She sent me a letter refusing to provide care and says I am no longer allowed to go to that dentist.
