Office staff was pleasant - no wait- was taken right in

I had a cleaning here in Feb. 2020. I gave my NEW insurance card to the person who checked me in, she took it, scanned it, & returned it to me. They billed my OLD insurance company instead, which didn't pay (obviously). So they began billing me for the $63. I phoned Southern Dental with my NEW insurance info and thought that would get this claim paid. Wrong. They continued to bill the wrong insurance company, after speaking with the billing dept. many times over the last year, & giving them the correct information, I still cannot get the billing person to understand that she is billing the wrong company. I've even been on a 3-way call with my old insurance company and the person who does the billing - the insurance company even gave the billing person her personal fax # and she STILL cannot seem to record the correct insurance info and file a claim with the right company. If she can't handle a $63 claim, what is she doing with your $6300 claims? How much $$ is this idiot costing you?

Visit was very good. Dr. Cupp is a very good dentist and took care of my problem immediately that same day. I have enjoyed him coming to Savannah to work at Southern Dental Center.

If I have to pay cash for my care, then you expect me to get my money’s worth. I was much more than just a mouth and paycheck to them, but a person needing immediate attention. Thank you so very much Gladys and Dr. Cupp for your care and the front desk staff for their professionalism and smiles!

It has taken me months to find a dentist that accepts Medicare Humana, I finally did and I am very proud to say that I did. Dr. Cup is a fine dentist. He put back a tooth that had broken, is going to crown it, all for less than $600.00. Thank you.

First time cleaning/exam with this practice, would definitely recommend. Danielle did a great job with the cleaning and it wasn’t at all uncomfortable!
