I saw this dentist for an evaluation on 01/05/23. They took x ray and said that I needed 6 feelings. They billed my insurance company and then charged me 282 .90 for fillings they never did. When I went for my appointment on 01/12/23, they had me wait in the chair for over 30 minutes!, and then came and told me there was a plumbing issue. They asked if I would be willing to reschedule for 01/19/23, I agreed. I showed up for my appointment. I asked the dentist about my front teeth and , he said well if you want to get that done, we need to maximize your benefits and not do the fillings. I asked if I could apply my copay to the work for the bridge, and the Manger said yes, she is a middle aged Hispanic lady with.She said that she would need to get an authorization from my insurance and that she would call me. It was almost 2 weeks, and I did receive a call. They gave me so many excuses, when I asked for my money to be refunded.

This dentist is bad. They act like they are doing you a favor and make you beg to get a appointment.Not very courteous and rude Staff.
