The best pediatric dentist practice - professional, friendly and accommodating. My son loves it and most importantly they get the job done. Dr. Jason is a consummate professional and his team is perfectly trained to take care of kids and leave them with a positive experience, so that they love the dentist and want to come back.

• Handling Patient Disagreements: The clinic did not handle patient disagreements well. The residue of the argument persists.• Lack of Pediatric Focus: From my perspective, the clinic may not be well-trained to deal with patients with younger children who are afraid of doing cleaning.• Unprofessional Behavior: The doctor exhibited unprofessional behavior by consistently cutting off my sentences, particularly after I declined unnecessary x-rays for my children. It's worth noting that this decision was not financially motivated, as our insurance covers x-rays once per year; it was about the necessity.• Dentist Interaction: During the visit, the hygienist asked questions while the kid had a full mouth of toothpaste. Dr. Shannon attributed the whining to my entrance into the room, placing blame on me.• Insurance Complaints: Dr. Shannon complained about our insurance, United Concordia, suggesting it was subpar compared to others, and mentioned he could deny United Concordia if he wished

My child had a complicated dental history and needed extensive dental work. I was reluctant to have the dentist use general anesthesia. Dr Shannon was amazing. He was quick and professional and took care of everything in just two easy appointments without general anesthesia. Hi I’m so happy with the results! His support staff was amazing too.

Dr Shannon and his staff keep my kids relaxed during their visits. They take time to answer my children’s and my questions. Everyone there has a kind, easy personality. Now, my kids don’t mind going to the dentist. Thank you!

They are handling the CDC guidelines like a pro. The staff is amazing, walking you through the new procedures and making you feel as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Shannon has been a great blessing for our family. My kids LOVE him. He is personable, professional, and trustworthy. Even when two of my children needed dental work at young ages, he knew just how to make what could have been scary experiences for them into very positive ones. We drive over an hour to see him, and you would think we were going to Chuck E. Cheese or something, the way my kids get so excited about it. They actually ASK to get their teeth fixed! So crazy! Thank you Dr. Shannon!
