ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Staff person would not make an appointment for me because she said their office is not accepting new patients for my insurance. I told her that I would be paying out of pocket because I'm looking for cosmetic service that would not be covered on my insurance anyway. She said 'well we're booked for today.' I said I'm looking for a future appointment, she said 'I can't do that because you already told me you have DMO and anyway you would need an evaluation first.' So can you make the appointment for the evaluation and I pay out of pocket? She said it will cost you.. I again told her that's fine I will be paying out of pocket. She said it will be $350 just for the consultation. I said that is fine. She still refused to make the appointment and said she would have to call me back. I'm guessing because I told her I have DMO insurance she feels I'm incapable of paying for my service? To the point she would even schedule an appointment?? Wow.
