Dr. Angeline Kuznia, DMD

I was sick with the flu. After giving the office a courtesy call to cancel my appt they charged me $50 for a missed appt. They said it was inside 48 hrs but could waive the charge if I had a doctor’s note. I saw my doctor later & provided them with a note but they now state there is no waiver of charge. I have seen this periodontist for over 2 years, show up 15 minutes early, & pay my bills when work is done. This is not how a faithful customer should be treated. I will no longer see this periodontist & I am not recommending this office.

After seeing this Dr. for a few years, suddenly THEY decided to go OUT of NETWORK. Same insurance on my part. One would expect to be notified BEFORE being seen. ONLY IMMEDIATELY AFTER my appointment was I told this. The office did adjust the charges as they said they would for IN NETWORK, with the exception of a $75 DEDUCTIBLE that ONLY applies to OUT of NETWORK PROVIDERS. If I knew this were the case before my appointment I would have canceled.

From the minute I walked into the office, for the first time, I felt like I was a family member. Dr. Kuznia's knowledge and skills are amazing. I have never felt so welcomed by any office staff as I have at Dr. Kuznia's Orange Park office. Thank you for your caring. Never before have I been called, the night of surgery, to check and see how I was doing. I even got scolded for walking out on my own w/o using their wheelchair.J.S.

Despite a seemingly good grasp of her Profession(Knowledge wise), Dr. Kuznia could benefit from help, that She desperately is in need of, to improve her very, very poor “Bedside manner”! She seems to be very competent, with respect to her, knowledge of what She Practices and, from the procedure that She performed on me. However, She is a very cold, by the book, Dentist and took absolutely no interest in what I had taken(with respect to my Meds) the day of my Procedure. I suffered because of this

She almost killed me by extracting tooth. The doctor and the nurse left me more than 15 minutes to bleed where I was choked to death. Never go to this doctor, your life is not guaranteed for tooth extraction!

I was told exactly what was going to happen and they were right on the money. With sedation there was no pain and the complications afterward were very minor. The work was done flawlessly and the only pain actually experienced was paying for it but that also was expected. That has nothing to do with Dr. Kuznia but rather dental work is expensive. If anything it is a criticism that health insurance needs to get in the game and include dental coverage.
