Dr. Pitz gave me my smile back and I couldn't be happier

I could not imagine trusting anyone else with my care. I’ve had numerous bad dental experiences and Dr. Pitz is the only dentist who has made me feel heard and understood, not to mention she is gentle and thorough. Her staff are so friendly and make you feel right at home.

She does not care about patients feelings and only wants to get people in and out. The office is constantly changing too there is always new people

I went to Dr. Anna Pitz in 2022 based on online reviews. She said I needed two crowns, and unfortunately I am worse off after the procedures with pain and cold/heat sensitivity I did not have before. The office staff mismanaged multiple things, including improper use of equipment, lost my temporary crown, and made a new retainer that ripped in a month (my last one lasted 18 years). I floss daily and haven't even had a cavity for more than 20 years. I gave Dr. Pitz a chance to fix all of the issues but she did not resolve the pain and sensitivity. I went to a new prosthodontist and requested records; the office claimed there were no X-rays of my teeth from my initial visit. How could she have diagnosed me with no X-rays? I went to a new prosthodontist who could easily see from the new X-rays and basic tests how the crowns she put on didn't fit property, and Dr. Pitz' work has traumatized the teeth so I now need two root canals and a new retainer. It will cost $25,000 and time to fix.
