would NOT GIVE ANY STARS IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO.. Do Not Walk in this office! I went in for slight pain in my tooth and ended up with CELLULITIS OF MY FACE. So far the cost between TLC charges and E.R visit is $7000.00. I requested a call back from the dentist and possible refund and I never got a call back! They also told me the dentist who did my surgery was no longer there one week after seeing me and sending me home with cellulitis. PLEASE Read all the reviews and BBB. I am starting all over again with the same issue, now a specialist! Just came back from a new dentist.

I believed her c-pap crap and signed the dotted line thinking this was gonna work. Well 6 months in and keeping up visits, I not only had a c-pap machine, I had a mouth appliance to use every night. Really aggravating using two uncomfortable things every night. I was told no recourse since I signed up for it. Did better business bureau hoping others to not be scammed. I paid the full $4000.00 so I feel I have every right to warn others. Don’t waste your money and time. You just contribute to her fancy vacations which you can watch pictures in her office. She does not really care about you only your money. I guess I am the 5% that it doesn’t work, but I doubt it. You sign and you pay. Don’t think you will be c-pap free. I would not even give one star if possible. She is a fraud, but keeps herself covered in the wording of her contract. Save your money and you take a vacation. I would never recommend her for anything.

She is a total fraud. She is only in it for the money & could care less about the patients. She did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work on me and then, when one of the crowns BROKE less than 3 months later, she REFUSED to fix it, gave NO reason, and walked away. I told the billing person, which they WHISK you to after see the dentist, that I refused to pay for that bill, & I had to almost create a scene before she would stop with her meaningless nonsense. Dr. Smith is probably the worst dentist I have EVER gone to, & it is a huge mistake on my part that I am STILL paying for. I am thinking about going after her license, and since I have heard what other local dentists have said about her, I realize that I could do just that. I am happy to give my name if this review site wishes to contact me. I'm not the least bit afraid to do so because I am not lying, & people I know who have gone to her agree & am also sorry. She is a thief without a conscience. Avoid her at all costs.

Dr. Smith was very friendly and helped me right away. Everyone in the office was friendly and I'm more than satisfied with my results.

Felt very deceived by Dr. Smith. She did not divulge all the information until AFTER I signed on the dotted line. I truly believe she and her husband built up their product rather than informing me of the problems I most likely would deal with. NONE of this was mentioned until after she got my money. Very very angry.

I recommend Dr. Smith for taking care of Sleep Apnea to my friends who are not helped by by CPA machines.
