My implants were paid for, but no implants given
They were paid in full, and after my four buttresses were put in, I never received the permanent implants. From August 2024 to April of 2025. Nothing else was done. I had my temporaries put in by Dr. Dao, and he said wait for labs and then the permanent final implants would be put in. This never materialized. Fake appointments continued saying the labs were not in. I checked Dao's record, a nice guy, but he is not an implant Dr. My buttresses were done in Fort Worth. By another Dr. who was not Asian but was out of state and White. Now they say they do not have records of who that Dr is. My bill was in the thousands and paid in full, and now I have no implants. They were combative whenever I came in. The last time I came in they said I was more than ten minutes late and made me leave. That was the last straw. They refused to see or talk to me ever since.
