My 2nd appointment was rushed (doctor had emergency patients and was behind-excuse given) and I left with a referral to a specialist in Chattanooga. I know I have a lot of work to be done but was refused another appointment when I called another day for the doctor to explain his plan better. I needed to go to the specialist first. I was given a ballpark estimate of $30,000 and am prepared to pay that but I wanted more information. I don’t know if this was the office or doctor who refused the appointment but it was unprofessional and they lost a lot of money in the process. I have an appointment with another dentist who was recommended by my oral surgeon and his office staff was courteous and professional. It’s important to feel like you matter.

Don't think so. Unless you have alot of time on your hands and don't mind waiting. Been waiting since May to finish my implants and apparently they are still waiting on the insurance company to get back with them. Got tired of waiting so I went to Dr Dills office and they already had my insurance estimate and they started the day I went to see them. I so recommend Dr.Dills any day over this so called office.
