Misinformed re: dental discount plan participation
Although the office was bright, spacious and clean and the office staff and hygienist were friendly, they misinformed this patient about the dentist's participation in my dental discount plan. They said he did participate when in fact the plan denied he participated. Even after calling to inquire about the discrepancy, Jamie insisted the dentist participated. As a result, I was charged $37 more than my plan's allowed and agreed-to amounts. Cancelled future appointment.
