Dr. April Hearns, DDS

After seeing Dr Hearns for years my insurance changed and I had to find another dentist. Oh, man, I couldn’t wait to come back! Dr Hearns is just wonderful and very professional.

This office has a very accommodating schedule. Spa like atmosphere with aroma therapy warmed towels. Very up to date technology and professional staff. My teeth feel amazing. They are gentle here.

Dr. Hearns is fantastic. However, the people surrounding her are atrocious. The dental assistant is a problem. It felt like she used the suction device, jammed into my mouth, to lean on and hold herself up while she filled cavities. That is not an exaggeration. I left with scratches and cuts in my mouth. The fillings are rough and apparent. It's been several weeks I can still feel which teeth she worked on. Lastly, there was an administrative issue on their end towards which they seem apathetic.

I have had a very positive experience with Dr. Hearns and her staff. My entire family goes to this office and every one of us have nothing but good things to say. I always feel Dr. Hearns takes time to listen and explain treatment and options. I have always found the treatment received to be excellent. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

I felt that the receptionists, dental assistants and the dental hygienist were all very friendly and informative and made me feel at ease. Dr. Hearns is definitely the friendlier of the two dentists there. Overall, neither dentist made me feel at ease during my visits. They failed to tell me what they were doing at each step of the procedure. They were just in and out and were not very personable. I won't be returning and feel that the procedures were not done correctly as I am having issues

Dr.Hearns establishment and her staff are mature and professional and I'd highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr Hearns and her was amazing.She treated both my son and I with respect and integrity. The best dentist eve!!!!
