AV Dental Associates - Dental Implants charges me $2390 for implant on 01/19/2021, they lied that they need time to confirm with Metlife for whether they can cover my case, but Metlife’s payment will actually be sent to them immediately after each process, the real claim amount is far less than that. They keep refusing my phone call since 08/19/2021 since I decide not to continue with their services anymore. There are multiple reasons for not choosing them Every time, the wait time is longer than 20 minutes. There are two times the wait time is 40 minutes, they never apologize for letting patients wait, but request me to be more patient with a command tone, especially Shirley who is super rude. They lied that they tried to calm me done, they yelled at me first, blame someone impatient who bear with them 40 minutes without doing anything, and who wants to put any effort to their door, it’s a waste of energy, they still try to find tiny thing to blame others, if they care that that much

My husband and I had a terrible experience with his clinic, I went in for an extraction and an implant, the surgeon didn’t properly position the implant and it failed after 2 years so I had to pay a lot of money to get that out on top of what he charged me and for my husband the oral surgeon placed the implant in his sinus, it was terrible and we had to get it out and he never accepted his mistake or apologized.

Patient and caring doctor

Dr. Vahid is unfortunately not a good dentist. The dental work performed is not well-done and he recommends expensive treatments that are uncalled for. His office staff is incredibly rude. I've had such a poor (and painful) experience with AV Dental. I do not recommend him at all.
