Dr. Arthur Abercrombie, DMD

Dr. Abercrombie took great care of me and my girlfriend. His staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Other offices staff usually are rude and disrespectful but everyone I spoke with was so nice and polite and funny. Its nice going to the dentist and actually having a good time. I would recommend coming here.

Great Doc, clean office and awesome staff! I love it here, honestly the best dental experience I've had in Pueblo.

My wife and I started going to Dr. Abercrombie on July 12, 2017, mainly because his office was just down Purcell street from our new home. He was congenial with nice staff back then. But gradually he became less engaging and his staff turned over at record pace. He also tried 1 or 2 potential partners, neither of which stayed. The old saying that "the client is always right" doesn't work with this guy or his staff. His discount system was ambiguous and his staff started asking for full payment before even doing the work. His hygienists became less competent to the extent that they didn't even check for periodontal disease. The final straw was an antibiotic that I forgot to take for protection from a hip replacement before cleaning but he did give to my wife who also forgot, for protection from knee replacements. We left after he fired me as a "difficult patient" on January 13, 2020. We switched to Pueblo Modern Dentistry which has more competent staff, and we highly recommend.

This guy is TERRIBLE!!!! He does crowns that aren't necessary and does a horrible job at them. He filed the tooth under my crown in to a numb where someone tried to fix his work and the tooth broke and had to be removed and will need a implant. He also did a crown of my friends that did the same thing . He had a new dentist who was hired who did the wrong crown on the wrong tooth and didn't know how to use equipment. I was in that chair from 3 PM until 10pm. He makes the assistant's encourage you giving them a 5 star rating on Google so they could get a bonus . He goes through staff constantly. Save yourself, find someone who knows what there doing that benefits the health of your teeth. This guys is a nightmare!! Also he didn't refund my crown when he fixed them twice and still didnt do it right

My mother went in because she was having some pain from cutting her gum with some floss and when she went in the dentist Mr. Art Abercrombie said she needed a root canal but she has never had a filling in her life. Both the doctor and assistant were very pushy even when she became overwhelmed. They were persistent on upselling anything and everything that they could get there hands on. PLEASE NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

This guy is absolutely the worst dentist. He has his staff charge patients in full when their insurance covers treatments and finds cavities where none exists. Said I had a cavity and drilled a hole in a cap on my tooth and filled it. Never go here.

Not a very good dentist. Fine for cleaning work but the other stuff he does is suspect. Get a second opinion.

Dr. Abercrombie is a great dentist and the staff at west mountain dental is this best. Very nice people who are honest and good at what they do.
